TRAIL MAINTENANCE AND CLEAN UP

Millstone Trails Association at 44 Brook St. Websterville is hosting a clean up day on Sunday, April 28th from 8am-noon. They need lots of help.  Meet at the garage located at 44 Brook Street Websterville.  Interested?  Contact Beth Mueller at dearbethy@icloud.com

GREEN UP DAY 

Saturday, May 4th  from 8am-1pm

Clean the streets near your home with a friend or meet at Barre City Hall and work to clean up trash and beautify Barre!  Please bring your own water bottle & sunscreen.  GREEN UP VERMONT!  

PLANT TREES IN BARRE

Sunday, May 5th from 9-1pm 

Come to Spaulding High School and  plant saplings and/or distribute saplings. Contact Margo Austin at maustshs@buusd.org to sign up or stop by Room 202!  We need LOTS of help!  

BUILD A RAMP-NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED (MUST BE 16) 

What: Central VT Habitat for Humanity is seeking volunteers
When: April 26,27,28 and May 4th and 5th
Time: 9AM-3PM  work the whole time or a few hours
Project: O'Neill critical home repair ramp
Details: Building an ADA accessible ramp in Berlin Vt

What to bring: Bring a lunch and drinks
Tools: Central VT Habitat will provide all tools needed . If you have a tool belt, pencil, work gloves, and a measuring tape feel free to bring them
Safety Equipment: We will provide hard hats, safety glasses, and hearing protection
JOIN: These are rewarding days of fun and work, and help to keep individuals in their homes.

VOLUNTEER AT ReSOURCE

Students are needed to greet customers, clean/straighten up, work merchandising in the ReSOURCE store.  Open until 6pm. After school help wanted contact Dan Frost if interested at Dfrost@resourcevt.org

TRAIL BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE

Cross VT Trail can work with students on various projects. We're pretty flexible. If a student is interested in hiking/biking trails, then they can create a specific project that might work for them.  Contact Greg Western at greg@crossvermont.org

Provide shoveling, raking, yard work, meal and/or grocery delivery to neighbors in need.   This counts towards community service!
